Best ForModern-art fans; Pompidou’s inaugural Cubism show in Yeouido

Centre Pompidou Hanwha’s opening show, “The Cubists: Inventing Modern Vision” (큐비스트: 시각의 혁신가들), runs from Thursday, June 4, through Sunday, October 4, 2026, in the 63 Building annex on Yeouido. This is a ticketed museum exhibition — not a mall pop-up.

What it is

Centre Pompidou Paris lists about 90 paintings and sculptures by more than 40 artists across eight sections, with Picasso, Braque, Gris, Léger, and the Delaunays among the names. A KOREA FOCUS section tracks how Cubist ideas met early Korean modern art. Works come from the Pompidou collection across two galleries.
