You cannot walk in. BIGBANG’s 20th-anniversary media show, COSMOS, runs at dududo seoul through Sunday, September 27, 2026. The official ticket path is Naver Booking. That is the part that stops many foreign fans at the door.
What it is
The venue is Seoul’s K-Culture Station: a 335-meter underground stretch between City Hall Station and Euljiro 1-ga Station, under Seoul Plaza in Jung-gu. The city opened it on August 24 as a Fun Station. COSMOS is the first show inside.
Seoul City says the show has 11 zones, with media art, projection mapping, hologram, and VR along the old tunnel.
Book on Naver first
Seoul City says the show runs 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., closed every Monday. Entry is on the hour, in one-hour slots, 12 times a day, 100 people per slot. There is no on-site ticket desk.
The official ticketing platform is Naver Booking. The listing is “COSMOS BIGBANG 20TH ANNIVERSARY MEDIA EXHIBITION.” Book a date and time, then pay. Cancellation and refund rules sit on that same Naver page. Read them before you tap pay.
Admission is KRW 20,200. Seoul City posted that price, and Naver Booking lists the same amount.
At the door, the ticket holder must show the Naver booking screen and a real ID. For foreigners, that means a passport or an alien registration card. Companions enter with the ticket holder after that check. They cannot enter alone. Tickets are not transferable, even to family.
For visitors without a Korean phone number: Naver launched passport verification in June 2026 so travelers can verify with a foreign passport on a smartphone and then use Booking and Pay. That is a Naver-wide change, not a COSMOS-only note. If this listing still asks for extra ID, follow the Naver screen. Do not assume a Korean number is required.
Tickets are mobile only. Open the Naver booking screen at the door. Entry is for your booked hour; after 20 minutes you may be refused. Check before you visit.
How to get there
Address: 42 Eulji-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul (서울 중구 을지로 42). This is downtown, between City Hall and Eulji-ro, not Hongdae.
Nearest station: Euljiro 1-ga Station (Line 2), Exit 1-1. The hall sits underground between that stop and City Hall Station. Official directions also mention piano stairs near the underground shopping passage. Search 두두두서울 or dududo seoul on Naver Map. Google Maps can miss the underground door.
Naver Booking lists no parking. Use the subway.
Check before you visit: remaining September slots, live ticket price, and whether your Naver account is verified.
